MCP tools and configuration
The governed MCP tool surface, and every configuration file, variable, and error code.
Two references sit under the CLI. One is the governed tool surface an agent client sees. The other is the configuration this machine reads.
The MCP tools reference lists all fourteen tools with their arguments and what each returns. Use it when you write against Atoi from a coding client rather than a terminal.
The configuration reference covers the files the CLI reads and the variables that override them. It also covers where credentials live and every error code the CLI can exit with.
atoi usage reads what your turns cost from the model-decision receipts; its flags and the atoi_usage call are on the Usage CLI reference.
Return to the CLI reference index when you need a command rather than a contract.
